ORDERS AND CANCELLATIONS
Order CompletionOrder placed on this website are not considered to be complete until full payment has been received.
Order Acceptance PolicyAll orders received via this website are subject to acceptance by Flowers For Everyone (Pty) Ltd and right is reserved, by any staff member, to reject any order in a discretionary manner. In the event of rejection, we will refund or cancel any payments received in full, via the payment method used to place the order.
Changes to your orderIf you wish to change your order, including the delivery address and card message, you can do so by contacting our Customer Service at email@example.com. We will do our best to grant any changes received prior to 10am, the day before your requested delivery date. During peak times, such as Valentine’s Day and Mother’s Day, we will need to be advised of any changes up to 3 days prior to delivery. Please note we will always do our best to grant any changes you may have, but we cannot guarantee all changes will be met.>
Cancellation policyIf you wish to cancel your order, you can do so in exchange for a full refund, by contacting our customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org. Cancellation requests will only be granted if they are received by 9am, the day before the requested delivery date.
Order Substitution policyIn order to ensure that you only receive the highest quality flowers, we may on occasion need to substitute any flowers that make up your order, with an alternate variant of similar style and equivalent or higher value or quantity. We reserve the right to do this, at our discretion, however if the substitution changes the product ordered considerably, we will contact you to let you know.
PAYMENTSWe accept Visa and MasterCard credit and debit cards as well as Paypal and EFT transfer. In order to offer the best security, all our payments are processed securely by DPO Paygate or, if selected as a payment option, Paypal. Please note if payment is made by EFT, the payment must be received by Flowers For Everyone, prior to an order being considered final.
PRICESPrices are subject to change based on the season availability of certain flowers, or peak ordering periods.
DELIVERY POLICYAs a part of the checkout process you will be able to select the delivery date for your order delivery, however we are not able to guarantee a specific order delivery time.
Flowers For Everyone delivers by selected quality courier companies. We do not offer a same day delivery option at this stage, the soonest delivery on all orders is the next day, and the cut-off for next day deliveries is 12pm the day before.
Whilst we try our best to ensure punctual delivery for our customers, if a delivery arrives late due to any unforeseen circumstances, your order will be delivered the next available day and you are entitled to a full refund. It is the customer’s responsibility to contact us within 3 days of the scheduled delivery date in order to claim a refund. Failure to do so will result in the lapse of any rights to a refund. Flowers For Everyone delivers within the greater Cape Town region, please see our delivery areas. We can deliver to any address within this area, but we do not deliver to PO boxes. Due to security reasons, we cannot leave deliveries unattended at the intended address.
We are unable to provide refunds for any deliveries sent to the wrong location due to an incorrectly entered delivery address.
We value our customers and our ability to deliver, so we will always do our best to not risk disappointing you.
OUR PROMISE, RETURNS AND REFUNDSWe aim to delight our customers by delivering fresh flowers, on time, and in great condition. If you’re not happy for any reason just let us know and we’ll send a replacement bouquet or offer a refund. Please note that you will need to email us a photo of the flowers within 72 hours of receipt in order to be eligible for a refund. Refunds will be offered based on our sole discretion. If we offer you a refund, we will refund you the full amount within 3 days. Please note that banks might take an additional 3-5 days to refund the amount to your card.
FreshnessOur flowers are commonly sent out in bud form, meaning they will last longer with the recipient. If you receive flowers that do not seem fresh, please contact Customer Service at firstname.lastname@example.org to let us know. If, at our sole discretion, the flowers do not meet our high freshness standards, we will give you the choice of a free replacement at our next available delivery date, or a refund. Please note that you will need to email us a photo of the un-fresh flowers within 72 hours of receipt in order to be eligible for a refund. If we offer you a refund, we will refund you the full amount within 3 days. Please note that banks might take an additional 3-5 days to refund the amount to your card.
DamageWhile our flowers are packed carefully to ensure they arrive as fresh and beautiful as when they left us, on a small number of occasions (and for reasons beyond our control) they may get damaged in transit. Should this occur to a level that you deem unacceptable, please contact us so that we can arrange a free replacement at our next available delivery date, or a refund. Please note that you will need to email us a photo of the damaged flowers in question within 72 hours of receipt of the flowers in order to be eligible for a refund. If we offer you a refund, we will refund you the full amount within 3 days. Please note that banks might take an additional 3-5 days to refund the amount to your card.
Non DeliveryWhile we do everything we can to make sure our flowers are delivered, sometimes unforeseen issues may occur. If we fail to deliver your order (i.e. if your flowers have not arrived on the specified delivery date) we will send you a free replacement on our next available delivery date, or a refund. If we offer you a refund, we will refund you the full amount within 3 days. Please note that banks might take an additional 3-5 days to refund the amount on your card.
ReturnsPlease understand that due to the perishable nature of flowers, we are unable to accept returns. We offer customers refunds or replacement flowers if the flowers are not delivered to an acceptable quality, as detailed above.
OFFERS AND PROMOTIONSAt our discretion, from time to time, we may offer products at discounted prices. These offers are valid from the time specified until the end date of the offer and cannot be used for purchases outside of these dates.
Any offer or promotion is strictly limited to one use per customer, unless otherwise stated and only one promotion may be used per order.
In the event that you have made a purchase and the price of the same product has subsequently been decreased or discounted due to a special offer, the price at the time or purchase shall stand. We are unable to apply discounts to orders that have already been completed (full payment has been received).
Promotions or special offers are contingent on availability and we may change the terms, or withdraw them altogether, at any time, and without prior notice.
CUSTOMER AND RECIPIENT PERSONAL INFORMATIONTo ensure that we can communicate effectively with both customers and recipients, it is very important that you provide accurate personal information.
During the checkout process, we ask for the following personal information:
Customer’s email address – we use this information to provide a better customer experience by sending order confirmations and payment receipts. We will also use the customer’s email for marketing communications from time to time. Please ensure that email addresses are accurate.
Customer’s full name and address – we use this information for payment validation.
Customer’s telephone number – we use this information to contact customers in the event of problems with the order such as payment failures or delivery issues.
Recipient’s full name and address – we require this information in order to deliver the flowers you have ordered. It is vital that the recipient’s address is accurate. We will also use the recipient’s name and address for marketing communications from time to time.
Recipient’s telephone number – We use this information in the event that issues occur with delivery, such as the recipient is absent from the intended address.
GENERALWe reserve the right to supplement and amend the Terms and Conditions on which you are permitted access to the Flowers For Everyone website from time to time. We will post any changes on the Flowers For Everyone site and it is your responsibility as a customer to review the Terms and Conditions on each occasion you access the Flowers For Everyone site. Changes will be effective five (5) hours after the posting of any such change and all subsequent dealings between you and us shall be on the new Terms and Conditions.
Additionally, we reserve the right to suspend, restrict or terminate access to the Flowers For Everyone site for any reason at any time.
These Terms and Conditions shall be deemed to include all other notices, policies, disclaimers and other terms contained in the Flowers For Everyone site, provided that in the event of a conflict between any such other notices, policies, disclaimers and other terms, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail. If any of these Terms and Conditions is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
A person who is not a party to the agreement between you and us has no rights under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 to enforce any of the Terms and Conditions but this does not affect any right or remedy which exists apart from that Act.
In respect of fraudulent misrepresentation, this agreement (including any documents and instruments referred to herein) supersedes all prior representations, arrangements, understandings, and agreements between you and us (whether written or oral) and sets forth the entire agreement and understanding between you and us relating to the subject matter hereof.
This Website is controlled, operated and administered by Flowers For Everyone from its offices within the Republic of South Africa. If the user accesses this website from locations outside of South Africa, that user is responsible for compliance with all local laws. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, and the user consents to the jurisdiction of the Cape Town High Court in the event of any dispute. If any of the provisions of these Terms and Conditions are found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permissible so as to give effect to the intent of these Terms and Conditions, and the remainder of these Terms and Conditions shall continue in full force and effect. These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between Flowers For Everyone and the user with regard to the use of the content and this website.
